https://pkg.go.dev and https://proxy.golang.org are experiencing issues related to the GCP incident on https://status.cloud.google.com/.
At the moment, https://pkg.go.dev has the most impact and is completely down for at least some users.
The module proxy is currently still mostly working, but we do see elevated error rates, which may impact go get and other module fetches.
