It's @Deprecated(forRemoval = true, since = "3.0.3") but we haven't removed it yet.

I found quite a few of these when working on https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/45600 in the restructuring branch. Hopefully this commit (this link may only work till the next rebase) has taken care of them.
