MyBatis Translation name should use local language instead of use translated name

I think this should be fixed.

If we want to see another language version of the doc, we should able to read that language at first. So I think the translation name should use local language instead of use translated name.

I think PR #2866 makes sense. I'm not sure why it was closed.
