Golang cmd/link: duplicated definition of symbol github.com/ebitengine/purego.syscall15XABI0 when running with ASAN [1.24 backport]

@cherrymui requested issue #74314 to be considered for backport to the next 1.24 minor release.

@gopherbot please backport this to previous releases. Similar to #73617, this can cause build failures for some code in ASAN mode which used to work. Thanks.
