MyBatis 重复执行使用游标的statement报statement已经关闭异常

Issue Description

你好，我发现一个问题，当我重复执行使用游标的statement时出现statement已经被关闭，根据排查是因为PgStatement在第一次使用游标结束后会将PgStatement状态设置为close，并且PgStatemsnt会与PgConnection绑定，只要后续使用这个数据库连接PgConnection就会导致出现statement已经关闭的问题，请问这是我的配置问题还是是一个bug。
