Redis [NEW]dynamic expand kvobj to support additional per key metadata and support module interfaces for this.

There are many usages that needs to add additional metadata to kvobj and get all the services. Support for Expiation has recently been done in https://github.com/redis/redis/pull/13806. The goal is to provide a generic interface that will allow for adding more fields to the kvobj with minimal impact on the current layout.
