Golang runtime: segfaults in runtime.(*unwinder).next [1.24 backport]

@prattmic requested issue #73259 to be considered for backport to the next 1.24 minor release.

@gopherbot Please backport to 1.23 and 1.24. This issue causes random crashes when preempting functions with large stack frames on arm64.
