@gopherbot , we have reduced the number of bots from 5 to 3 based on discussion here issue. Can this be deleted?

Thanks, removed the --04 and --05 dead bots since we don't expect them to reconnect, leaving the 3 active bots at https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/botlist?f=cpu%3Appc64-64-POWER8&k=cpu&s=id. Closing since this is working as intended.
