Golang cmd/cgo: aix c-archive corrupting stack [1.22 backport]

@pmur requested issue #68957 to be considered for backport to the next 1.22 minor release.

@gopherbot please consider this for backport to 1.22 and 1.23, this is a bug with no workaround.
