Golang access: LUCI TryBots

I get the following error when trying to use the LUCI TryBots (i.e. Commit-Queue+1):

CV cannot start a Run for mi****dy@gmail.com because the user is not a dry-runner.

For example, CL 599235.

Is there any chance I could get permission to run the LUCI TryBots? From golang-dev I think that just means updating CV with my Gerrit account's primary email address.
