21286 should have deleted IncludeStacktrace but as noted in https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/21286#issuecomment-3301028579 it returned in commit 2c2c1605795d9c05fc29f1b88050a2bb048a93c3.

We should remove it again in 4.0
